Haines Medical Australia’s Response to COVID-19

During this rapidly changing and challenging time, we want to provide you the confidence that we are doing everything we can to maintain our product and service continuity and support our customers across Australia as they manage the impact of COVID-19.

Haines Medical Australia plays an important role in manufacturing single use and single patient use products.

Continuity of service and supply is a priority during these unprecedented times to support our customers and the community. Staff that can are working from home to support social distancing and we have core staff in the office working on core services. Many of our staff roles have been redirected to core business in the area customer service, supply management, product orders and logistic functions.

Our sales and customer service staff are set up to support you via phone, email and Zoom. We are still able to send samples to you or provide a product presentation via Zoom (other platforms can be arranged).
