Reporting to the Operations Manager and Director, the role will see you responsible for:
- End to end stock ordering and supplier communications
- Analysis of usage and tools to identify trends and market changes
- Consultations with sales team to determine forecasting and customer demand
- Logistics, customs declarations and legislative paperwork
- Stock levels, transfers and communications across multiple national locations including Third-party logistics (3PL) chain management
- Stock counts, substantiate results and system stock level adjustments
- Coordinating stock and container quality and safety standards
- Freight logistics and communications (national and international)
- International customer orders
- Efficiencies, systems and process enhancements
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of excel, pivot table, macro and database
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft suite;
- Ability to analyse, predict and interpret trends
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail
- Good communication, time management and organisational skill
- High quality written and verbal skills with an ability to influence and build rapport with international stakeholders
