Reporting to the Operations Manager and Director, the role will see you responsible for:
  • End to end stock ordering and supplier communications
  • Analysis of usage and tools to identify trends and market changes
  • Consultations with sales team to determine forecasting and customer demand
  • Logistics, customs declarations and legislative paperwork
  • Stock levels, transfers and communications across multiple national locations including Third-party logistics (3PL) chain management
  • Stock counts, substantiate results and system stock level adjustments
  • Coordinating stock and container quality and safety standards
  • Freight logistics and communications (national and international)
  • International customer orders
  • Efficiencies, systems and process enhancements
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of excel, pivot table, macro and database
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft suite;
  • Ability to analyse, predict and interpret trends
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail
  • Good communication, time management and organisational skill
  • High quality written and verbal skills with an ability to influence and build rapport with international stakeholders
