Haines® FloMat® Pro is an innovative air-assisted mat designed to help make patient transfers smooth and seamless. Thanks to its air-assisted technology, the mat inflates to create a gentle, supportive surface, helping caregivers slide patients from one surface to another with reduced effort, which assists in easing physical strain and improving comfort for patients.

Whether it's a simple bed-to-bed transfer or a more complex move between different surfaces or equipment, the mat's durable, robust design and cradle-like support help ensure a secure, comfortable experience for both caregivers and patients.

Built to last the entire duration of a patient’s stay, unlike other single-patient use mats, the Haines® FloMat® Pro stands up to repeated use without compromising on performance.

Features:

  • Robust design - seams are double-stitched (as opposed to heat sealed) and attachment points are reinforced for increased stability and durability
  • Cradle-like effect when inflating - designed to provide a sense of security for both carer and patient

  • Fits existing air supply units mitigating the need for an additional capital outlay

X-ray/MRI Approved

Haines® FloMat® Pro Transfer Mats are radiolucent, therefore suitable for use with x-ray and MRI equipment. Note that the air supply pump must remain outside of the MRI environment through the use of an extended supply hose (sold separately).

  • HEPA certified filtration system* for improved infection control – capable of removing 99.97% of dust, pollen, mould, bacteria and other airborne particles with a size of 0.3 microns (µm) from in-taken air. Larger or smaller particles are trapped with even higher efficiency.*
