The non-porous, hydrophobic nature of a silicone tourniquet strap helps prevent the absorption and passage of liquids and gases, making it easier to clean than a conventional fabric strap. This helps reduce the risk of cross-contamination, while offering a reliable, sustainable and economical alternative to other options.
