Transfer & Tilt Mat

Designed to be used with purpose-specific theatre equipment and authorised slip-prevention mechanisms, the Transfer & Tilt Mat allows staff to undertake a tilted procedure before and/or after a lateral transfer, with the deflated mat still in place.
As an alternative to slide sheets, standard air transfer mats and other transfer aids, which must be removed before tilting a patient, the Transfer & Tilt Mat is geared to reduce the number of pre- and post-op manual handling manoeuvres required during a Trendelenburg case. This reduces the risk of staff injury 1 while saving time before and after surgery.

Suitable for:

• Trendelenburg position (head-down tilt)
• Reverse Trendelenburg position (head-up tilt)
• Lateral tilts
