Haines® Medical Australia designs and manufactures innovative patient handling solutions that support the comfort, dignity, and care of bariatric patients while helping healthcare professionals manage everyday clinical challenges.
As the number of bariatric patients continues to grow, healthcare providers require specialised equipment that promotes effective manual handling and assists with the delivery of quality care. Developed in consultation with healthcare professionals, the Haines Bariatric Range offers a comprehensive selection of solutions with Safe Working Loads ranging from 100kg to 450kg.
The range includes our FloJac® and FloMat® Air Transfer Mats* for smooth patient transfers, SallySling® Patient Slings for enhanced support during lifting and repositioning, and SallySocks® Bariatric Socks designed to promote patient mobility and comfort. Together, these products help create a dignified experience for patients with complex needs while enabling healthcare teams to deliver efficient, compassionate care.
